Two properties in Edinburg let from now to mid-September. Both have central heating, a shower, microwave, oven, cooker, a television etc. One property is a house by Edinburgh University's Kings Buildings, half an hour from the city centre (on foot); and the other is a flat near Edinburgh University's George Square, a quarter of an hour from the city centre. The various rents are complex as the house is superior to the flat (bigger, use of cable television and the internet, etc) and July and September are non-Festival months whereas August is not.
(((July/September house))) £250 for a small room and £350 for a large room with double-bed + your share of electricty/gas (but no other) bills
(((July/September flat))) £225 for a small room and £295 for a large room with double-bed
(((August house))) £299 for a small room and £399 for a large room
(((August flat))) £285 for a small room and £375 for a large room
