The very cultivated house offers place for 2-3 guests. Other guests can take a room at reasonable price next door.
The house has lain quietly with the channel Port Empúries.
At 10 walking minutes you reach the delightful sandy beach Ampuriabravas which was distinguished on account of its outstanding water quality and neatness also in 2006 in consequence at European level with the " Blue flag " of the FAIRY (single European-wide environment quality standard for beaches).
The balcony (south side with marquee) offers a breathtaking look at the channel and the spurs of the Pyrenees (see picture). Directly below the balcony there is your own boat landing place (3 X 10 meters). By your boat you reach the Mediterranean from here at few minutes.
You have own car-park in the lockable underground parking.
A SAT-TV arrangement, a stereo (CD, tape, radio), an American kitchen belongs to the equipment of the house with spacious refrigerator as well as a microwave with grill function. Coffee maker, water cooker, extensive tableware and pots exist of course. On request an air-conditioner with additional heating function is available to you.
The apartment disposes farther of a bath tub with shower as well as a washer. In the bedroom you find a spacious double bed (1,80 x 1,90 meters) with feather core mattresses and free wardrobes. In the living room a studio couch or a mobile guest bed is available. Bed linen (incl. whose cleaning) can become against a low fee with the administrator.
Shopping possibilities (food, bakers as well as butchers, pharmacy, Bodega u.a.) Find completely in your(their) nearness. The same is considered to cultivated restaurants.
The house governor is available to you with emergencies 24 hours during the day and is at few minutes with you on the spot. A service which commercial agencies can not always offer you.
We offer to you our quite private holidays house. It is not about a commercial. You will feel as a guest this difference certainly as very positive (equipment, ambiance, etc).
Against smaller pets (dog, cat) is to be argued after arrangement-nothing.
Naturally also there exists the possibility of the long time rent.
